Home Muscle Build + App Monthly Membership

Private App usage where everything is conveniently in one place. Your on-demand workouts, meal plan inspiration, progress, private group and much more! All activities are for home-based spaces; you can switch exercises, add to your training, and add weight to track progress and achievements.

Equipment needed- dumbbells, your body weight and resistance bands. Barbell workouts added soon! 
Dietitian approved meal plans are updated monthly.

Home & Gym Based Membership-

Take charge of your health with your in-app studio.

Equipment Needed Home Workouts - Bodyweight, Dumbbells, Regular and Mini Resistance Bands/Booty Bands. 

Gym- Machines and equipment found in your local gym. 

All home workouts are 45 minutes or less, including warm-up and cool down.

You don't need a large area to get these workouts in - just a clear, safe space.

Some home exercises would benefit from having a chair or bench. Don't forget a towel, water bottle and a mat for comfort.

Take a look in your library and choose from the variety of workouts daily. You can swap exercises and choose from the library of any that may suit your needs.

You are in charge of your health; you decide what to do based on your location, time and equipment.

Your private App has everything you need to keep accountability going.  With workouts, calendar, progress and achievements and in-app private group, you have everything required to continue your fitness journey.

7- 28 Day Custom Meal Plan

Do you need a meal plan to cover all your bases, including nutrients? This 7-28 Day meal plan (up to you) is made especially for you, so we have a chat, then I fully customize it to suit your goals and needs. 

- This is suited for generally healthy people who want to lose body fat, gain muscle, or overall health and well-being. 
- Dietitian Approved Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks
- Nutrition Facts including Macronutrients and Calories.
- Shopping List
- Meal Prep Guide
- This is a beautiful PDF for you to download and save or print out.

- Meal Plan takes 1-2 business days to make. I will also try to make it on weekends if ordered then.

                                   - a fitness App to keep everything in the one place- In-App messaging, workouts, progress, and calendar to follow your day-to-day goals.

Private App with in-app messaging support, weekly check-ins, and monthly progress tracking (via optional weighing and progress pics), with fortnightly video calls so we can touch base and make sure your tailored program is aligned with your needs and goals. If not, I will adjust your program accordingly to accommodate any tweaks and changes needed, that includes both the meals and exercises.
